20-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Wrong-Way Collision near WW White Road

SAN ANTONIO, TX (November 1, 2023) – Saturday afternoon, Juan Manuel Pedroza was killed in a head-on crash on Southcross Boulevard.

Police responded to the scene around 12:15 p.m., near South WW White Road on October 28th.

As per the reports, a Cadillac driver was speeding west and crossed over the double yellow lines before crashing head-on with an eastbound gray Chevrolet Silverado truck.

Crews arrived and pronounced the Cadillac driver, 20-year-old Pedroza dead at the scene. Meanwhile, medics took the truck’s driver, a man in his mid-60s, to the hospital with minor injuries.

At this time, authorities are currently conducting an active investigation into the crash and will release more information as soon as it becomes available.
