50-Year-Old Driver and 18-Year-Old Passenger Killed in 2-Vehicle Collision on Crestloch Road

FRANKLIN COUNTY, WA (November 1, 2023) – Sunday afternoon, a two-vehicle accident claimed the lives of Angela Hart and Aspen Hart.

The accident happened on October 15th at the intersection of US-395 and Crestloch Road.

According to the Franklin County Sherriff’s Office, a vehicle driven by 50-year-old Angela with her passenger.

Moreover, Aspen was traveling on Crestloch Road and entering southbound US-395 failed to yield right-of-way, and collided with a truck headed northbound US-395. The other parties involved

Furthermore, the collision resulted in the death of both Angela and Aspen while the two occupants of the truck suffered injuries. Paramedics transported the occupants of the truck to the hospital for treatment.

Consequently, the authorities blocked the lanes at the intersection and motorists were advised to avoid the area. The lanes have since been reopened. However, an active investigation is currently ongoing.
