25-Year-Old Rider Pronounced Dead after Motorcycle Collision near Sweetwater Avenue

PHOENIX, AZ (October 24, 2023) – Saturday morning, Omar Santos-Marquez was killed in a motorcycle accident on Cave Creek Road.

Dispatchers responded to the scene around 10:00 a.m., near Sweetwater Avenue on October 21st.

For reasons under investigation, the female driver of a vehicle collided with a motorcyclist in the area. Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics later pronounced the rider, 25-year-old Santos dead at the scene.
