68-Year-Old Rider Pronounced Dead after Motorcycle Crash near Cache Creek

BAKERSFIELD, CA (October 20, 2023) – Andrew Risso was fatally injured Wednesday night in a motorcycle collision on Highway 58.

Around 11:15 p.m., officers responded to the scene near Cache Creek.

For reasons under investigation, Risso drifted off the road and lost control in the area. Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced 68-year-old Risso dead at the scene.
