Two Injured in Semi-Truck Rear-End Accident near Laura Street
SAN DIEGO, CA (October 13, 2023) – Early Thursday morning, two victims were hospitalized after a rear-end collision on Princess View Drive.
The incident occurred around 2:00 a.m., near Laura Street.
Per reports, the 38-year-old male driver of a grey 2015 Toyota Corolla was heading north and rear-ended a parked tractor-trailer.
Paramedics took the driver and his passenger to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Medics say the driver suffered a laceration to his head, while the passenger suffered a fractured left arm and pelvis.
Following preliminary duties, officers believe that impairment played a factor. Although, authorities have not yet released any further information.
