SACRAMENTO, CA (October 5, 2023) – Thursday morning, a hit-and-run collision on Franklin Boulevard sent a man to the hospital.
Police responded to the incident shortly after 9:00 a.m. at Franklin Boulevard and Fruitridge Road in the North City Farms neighborhood.
