Vehicle Collision near Emory Street Hospitalizes Two Individuals

LUBBOCK, TX (September 28, 2023) – Monday afternoon, two people were injured following a head-on collision at Clovis Road.

The crash happened on September 11th, just before 4:45 p.m., near the intersection of Clovis Road and Emory Street.

According to reports, two vehicles collided in the area. the impact of the collision caused one person to sustain serious injuries and another to sustain non-life-threatening injuries.

Emergency crews arrived shortly after, and paramedics transported one of the victims to Covenant Medical Center and the other victim to University Medical Center.
