Rider Dead after Crashing a Stolen Motorcycle near Chama Street

ALBUQUERQUE, NM (September 28, 2023) – Saturday evening, a motorcycle accident near Central Avenue left one dead and one injured.

The incident happened at around 8:45 p.m. near the intersection of Central Avenue and Chama Street.

According to reports, a motorcycle was speeding westward on Central Avenue as two pedestrians were crossing the street. The rider collided with one of the pedestrians.
