One Pronounced Dead after Fiery Car Accident on Alton Parkway
ORANGE COUNTY, CA (September 27, 2023) – Sunday night, one victim was killed in a fiery collision on Barranca Parkway.
Around 8:35 p.m., police responded to the scene near Alton Parkway.
Investigators say the male driver of a gold Ford Explorer was heading west and lost control of the vehicle. The Ford then struck the curb and a traffic signal pole before becoming engulfed in flames.
Medical personnel arrived and pronounced the driver dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released his identity.
Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Once available, further details will be provided about the fiery collision on Barranca Parkway.
