One Hospitalized after Two-Vehicle Collision near U.S. 83
LAREDO, TX (September 26, 2023) – Late Tuesday morning, Joel Diaz was arrested after a 2-car accident on San Luis Street.
Authorities responded to the scene around 11:45 a.m., at the intersection of San Luis Street and U.S. 83.
At this time, the events leading up to the incident remain unclear. However, reports indicate that a Kia Ria and Chevrolet Camaro were involved.
Paramedics arrived and transported one person to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Although, police have not yet released his identity.
Meanwhile, the driver Camaro, identified as 20-year-old Joel Diaz, was arrested for reckless driving causing bodily injury.
