Ian Streebel Arrested, 3 Hospitalized after DUI Collision on Lakeville Highway [Petaluma, CA]
Three Hospitalized after Head-On Accident near Pine View Way
PETALUMA, CA (September 21, 2023) – Tuesday, Ian Streebel was arrested and three others were hurt in a DUI collision on Lakeville Highway.
Police responded to the scene around 11:05 a.m., near Pine View Way and the Kaiser Permanente medical facility.
According to investigators, the driver of a blue Chevrolet truck lost control while heading east on the highway. Consequently, the Chevrolet crossed into oncoming traffic and broadsided a green Kia Soul.
Paramedics arrived and transported three occupants inside the Kia to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
Following preliminary duties, officers determined that the driver of the Chevrolet was under the influence of narcotics at the time. As a result, police arrested 32-year-old Ian Streebel, of Santa Rosa for suspected DUI.
Crews also booked Streebel into the Sonoma County Jail.
