Man Fatally Injured in Pedestrian Crash on South White Road [San Jose, CA]
Man Pronounced Dead after Pedestrian Accident near Quimby Road
SAN JOSE, CA (September 20, 2023) – Saturday evening, one man was fatally injured in a pedestrian crash on South White Road.
The deadly collision happened around 7:50 p.m., in the neighborhood of Evergreen near South White and Quimby Roads.
According to police, the driver of a 2015 BMW sedan struck a man who was crossing the South White Road outside of a marked crosswalk.
First responders arrived and transported the male pedestrian to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. At this time, his identity remains undisclosed to the public.
Meanwhile, the female driver of the BMW stayed at the scene of the incident and cooperated with the investigation.
