Pickup Truck Engulfed in Flames after Vehicle Collision near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport
DEL VALLE, TX (September 20, 2023) – On Sunday evening, police responded to a fiery car accident on Pearce Lane that injured four people.
It occurred shortly before 6:00 p.m., September 3rd, just east of Kellam Road past the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.
Furthermore, crews from multiple agencies arrived at the scene and located a pickup truck engulfed in flames. Crews immediately took out the fire.
Consequently, a STAR Flight took two adults with life-threatening injuries to Dell Seton Medical Center.
Meanwhile, two other adults, suffering from serious and minor wounds, were transported to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center.
At this time, further investigation is still being conducted and an update will be released once the investigation is done.
