Pedestrian Collision on East Warm Springs Road Left Man Dead

HENDERSON, NV (September 19, 2023) – Late Friday evening, a man died in a pedestrian crash on North Boulder Highway.

The incident happened at around 10:50 p.m., near North Boulder Highway and East Warm Springs Road, per local authorities.

According to reports, the pedestrian got hit while traversing the crosswalk without the right of way. The driver of a 2011 Infinity going northbound on North Boulder Highway had a green light when a person crossed the street.

Responding personnel immediately performed CPR on the victim. Unfortunately, the male pedestrian died at the scene. Authorities only identified the deceased victim as a 28-year-old man at this time.

Meanwhile, the driver stayed at the site of the incident and cooperated with the investigators. 

The police have ruled out drugs and alcohol as factors in the collision. Additionally, the Henderson Medical Examiner’s Office will notify the next of kin before disclosing the victim’s identity to the public.
