Emanuel Camancho-Patino Arrested after DUI Crash on FM 2100 [Harris County, TX]
10-Year-Old Child Killed in DUI Accident at East FM-1960
HARRIS COUNTY, TX (September 18, 2023) – On Saturday evening, police arrested Emanuel Camancho-Patino after a deadly DUI crash.
The incident happened on September 2nd at about 9:00 p.m. on FM-2100 at East FM-1960.
According to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office, a white GMC Sierra was driven by 38-year-old Emanuel Camancho-Patino with his 10-year-old child.
Investigation showed that Camancho-Patino had his rear driver-side tire blown up and then lost control of the Sierra.
Furthermore, the Sierra entered a grassy ditch and ended up on its roof. The child was not wearing his seatbelt at that time and officers found him partially ejected.
As a result, the 10-year-old child succumbed to his injuries, and paramedics pronounced him dead. Camancho-Patino suffered minor wounds only.
Moreover, Camancho-Patino showed signs of intoxication and police arrested him for murder charges.
