2 Dead after Four-Vehicle Crash on Beltway 8 [Pasadena, TX]
Two Killed in Multi-Car Collision on Crenshaw Road
PASADENA, TX (September 15, 2023) – A four-vehicle crash on Beltway 8 early Saturday evening claimed the lives of two people.
Officials received reports of the collision on September 9th around 5:41 p.m., at the Beltway 8 and Crenshaw Road intersection.
Prior to the crash, the driver of a silver-colored Nisan was spotted arguing with someone on a motorcycle on Beltway 8 Frontage Road and Genoa Red-Bluff.
Additionally, witnesses at the scene claimed that the silver sedan driver ran past a red light, moments before the incident. However, authorities have yet to confirm that information.
First responders declared two people dead at the scene. Three others suffered unspecified injuries, including one who was airlifted via Life Flight.
Moreover, both directions of the roadway were temporarily shut down to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
