28-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Pedestrian Collision near North Boulder Highway

HENDERSON, NV (September 15, 2023) – Late Friday night, one man was fatally struck in a pedestrian accident on East Warm Springs Road.

The incident occurred around 10:50 p.m., near North Boulder Highway.

Investigators say the driver of a northbound 2011 Infiniti was traveling through the intersection on a green light. There, the vehicle struck a man who was attempting to cross outside of a marked crosswalk.

Upon impact, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Officers say impairment or speed did not play a factor in the collision.

Paramedics transported the 28-year-old male pedestrian to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center where he later succumbed to his injuries.
