Four People Hospitalized after Vehicle Collision near Thomas Road
PHOENIX, AZ (September 15, 2023) – On Saturday afternoon, police were called to a two-vehicle accident near 59th Avenue.
It happened just before 4:50 p.m., September 2nd, involving two vehicles with multiple occupants, the Phoenix police said.
Furthermore, the collision resulted in five injuries including a child. Paramedics immediately transported all injured occupants to the hospital for treatment.
In addition, the authorities had to extricate one of the injured people, Capt. Todd Keller added.
Moreover, the injured occupants were identified as two women in their 20s, a woman in her 40s, a woman in her 60s, and a female child.
Consequently, the authorities blocked the intersection of Thomas Road and 59th Avenue during the length of the incident.
Further investigation is still being conducted by the Phoenix Police Department.
