Lanes Reopened Following a Fiery Car Accident
PINAL COUNTY, AZ (September 8, 2023) -Early Friday morning, a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 prompted a lane closure on the freeway.
On August 25th, the Arizona Department of Public Safety responded to the area involving a three-vehicle collision.
According to the troopers, two of the vehicles were engulfed in flames and all involved vehicles were heavily damaged.
Furthermore, the officers did not mention the number of injured occupants of the three vehicles.
Consequently, the lanes on the interstate were blocked and traffic was directed at milepost 219 at Picacho Peak Road.
Following the incident, the authorities reopened the freeway just after 6:00 a.m. and the events that led to the collision were not yet released. Further investigation is still ongoing. Pinal County Authorities will release additional info about the accident as it becomes available to the public.
