64-Year-Old Man Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Rose Avenue
CERES, CA (August 16, 2023) – Monday evening, Ricardo Meza was fatally struck in a pedestrian collision on Whitmore Avenue.
Police responded to the scene around 9:00 p.m., near Rose Avenue on August 1st.
According to reports, the driver of a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe struck a 64-year-old man on Whitmore Avenue. Paramedics arrived and transported the pedestrian to Doctors Medical Center where he later died due to head trauma.
Authorities later identified the deceased victim as 64-year-old Meza.
