BATTLE GROUND, WA (August 16, 2023) – Friday afternoon, a crash on East Main Street left one boy hurt, police said.

According to the City of Battle Ground police, the accident happened just before 1:30 p.m., August 4th.

Investigation showed that the boy was crossing the road when he was struck by the driver.

Furthermore, when the emergency responders arrived at the scene, they found injuries and he was responding to the authorities.

Consequently, the paramedics transported the boy to the hospital for observation and treatment.

Meanwhile, the driver who struck the boy remained at the scene, and he cooperated with the deputies.
