61-Year-Old Man Injured after a Reckless Collision on Little Street Road

SAN DIEGO, CA (August 15, 2023) – Sunday evening, a crash on Torrey Pines Road left one rider hurt, police said.

The incident occurred at around 9:00 p.m., August 6th, involving a 2016 Dodge Challenger driven by a 19-year-old man and a Harley-Davidson motorcycle driven by a 61-year-old man.

Furthermore, police said the driver attempted to make a turn at the westbound lanes of Torrey Pines Road when the motorcyclist struck the front of the Dodge.

As a result, the motorcyclist suffered serious injuries such as multiple fractures to his right leg. The driver of the Ford did not obtain any injuries.

Consequently, an officer stated that impairment was not suspected as a factor in the collision.

Moreover, the San Diego Police Traffic Division took over the investigation.
