Injuries Reported after Multi-Vehicle Collision near Calgrove Boulevard

NEWHALL, CA (July 18, 2023) – Early Thursday morning, drivers sustained injuries in a multi-car crash on 5 Freeway.

Police responded to the scene around 3:45 a.m., near Calgrove Boulevard.

For reasons under investigation, the driver of a pickup-truck crashed into the center divider and came to rest blocking two freeway lanes. Shortly after, two other vehicles became involved in the collision.
