Minor Injuries Reported after Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 17

PHOENIX, AZ (July 14, 2023) – Saturday night, a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 17 left several people injured.

The incident happened on June 24th, at around 7:30 p.m., near Happy Valley Road.

According to reports, several vehicles were involved in a traffic collision in the southbound lanes of the Interstate. As a result, some of the people involved sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Following the collision, crews shut down some areas of the road for cleanup and preliminary duties. Motorists were advised to avoid the area and expect traffic delays, officers stated that they can use other routes.
