Three Teenagers Injured in Rollover Collision on Highway 99 [Fresno, CA]
3 Hospitalized after Rollover Accident near Central Avenue
FRESNO, CA (July 13, 2023) – Saturday evening, three teenagers sustained injuries in a rollover collision on Highway 99.
Around 11:30 p.m., officers responded to the scene on the southbound lanes of the freeway near Central Avenue.
Per reports, the driver of a Chevrolet Silverado pickup-truck swerved and side-swiped another truck before going down an embankment.
The Chevy then overturned and crashed through an electric fence, damaging two RVs in a nearby parking lot. Amidst the chaos, a girl was ejected from the vehicle onto the road.
Medics arrived and transported the 17-year-old driver, the ejected girl and another teenager sustained injuries. Paramedics took all three victims to Community Regional Medical Center for further treatment.
