Unidentified Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Pedestrian Accident near 195th Street

QUEEN CREEK, AZ (June 19, 2023) – Monday night, one person was fatally struck in a pedestrian crash on Ocotillo Road and 195th Street.

Authorities responded to the scene around 9:00 p.m., near the intersection on June 5th, after receiving multiple dispatch calls in the area.

According to reports, the driver of a vehicle struck a pedestrian. However, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear.

Furthermore, the Town of Queen Creek confirmed that the pedestrian died due to the extent of injuries sustained. Although, police have not yet released their identity.

Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time before it was later reopened by 6:30 a.m. At this time, an active investigation is still currently underway.
