Workers Trapped after Construction Accident on Glendale Avenue

GLENDALE, CA (May 12, 2023) – Wednesday morning, police responded to a work accident on Glendale Avenue that left at least 6 injured.

According to the Glendale Fire Department deputy, they received the call at a movie studio at around 11:00 a.m., May 3rd.

Furthermore, when they arrived at the scene, they found numbers of roof beams and trusses that had collapsed.

Also, six workers got trapped in rubble on the site, and more than 100 crews and deputies were dispatched to clear out the scene and extricate the workers.

Consequently, they were disengaged at around 1:30 p.m., and five were transported to the hospital.

Luckily, none of the injured workers suffered significant injuries. The accident is under investigation.

Accidents are unpredictable and happen when we least expect them. After an accident, your primary focus should be on your health. If you pursue a personal injury claim and deal with insurance companies, you will have little to no time to heal.
