Albert Sell Dead, Kyle Foster Arrested after Multi-Car Collision on West Flamingo Road [Las Vegas, NV]
73-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Multi-Vehicle Collision near South Tenaya Way
LAS VEGAS, NV (March 31, 2023) – Sunday night, Albert Sell was killed and Kyle Foster was arrested after a crash on West Flamingo Road.
Police responded to the scene around 5:00 p.m., near South Tenaya Way.
According to reports, 28-year-old Foster was driving west in a black 2019 Chevrolet Colorado. Meanwhile, the 74-year-old female driver of a white 2013 Ford Taurus made a left turn directly into the path of the Chevy.
As a result, Foster’s vehicle collided head-on with the Ford before striking a stopped moped in a private driveway.
Paramedics responded and took the 64-year-old woman, her 73-year-old male passenger, and Foster to University Medical Trauma for treatment. Meanwhile, the moped rider refused medical aid.
Police later stated that the 73-year-old passenger, identified as Albert Sell died at the hospital from his injuries.
Foster now faces two counts of reckless driving resulting in death or substantial bodily harm. At this time, authorities have not released further details surrounding the incident.
