CHICO, CA (March 2, 2023) – Tuesday morning, an SUV vs. bus collision on Cohasset Road near East Avenue left a woman hospitalized.
The incident happened on February 21st, at about 9:40 a.m., involving a woman in an SUV and a bus with a driver and a student onboard.
According to reports, the Chico Unified School District bus t-boned the SUV. At this time, it is unclear which vehicle had the right of way.
Following the collision, officials reported that neither the bus driver nor the student were injured in the collision. However, medics transported the woman from the SUV to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Meanwhile, another bus came to take the student to school.
