Car vs. House Crash on Serrano Circle near Redwood Road Left 2 Children Hurt
OAKLAND, CA (March 2, 2023) – Saturday evening, two children sustained injuries after a vehicle crashed into a house on Serrano Circle.
Investigation showed that a driver lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a residential building in Serrano Circle where it burst into flames.
Additionally, the vehicle crashed into a gas line and endangered the resident of the neighborhood. Deputies from PG&E responded to the scene and cut down the gas in the area. They also contained the fire from the house.
Officers reported that the vehicle was occupied by three children and two adults and two of the children suffered minor injuries.
Following the incident, the two children were transported to the hospital for treatment. The crash is still under investigation by the Oakland Police.
