Motorcycle Crash on Interstate 80 near Mace Boulevard Leaves One Dead
DAVIS, CA (February 27, 2023) – Saturday night, a motorcycle crash on Interstate 80 near Mace Boulevard leaves a rider dead.
The incident happened on February 18th, at around 6:42 p.m., near the Mace Boulevard off-ramp.
According to reports, a motorcyclist was riding along Interstate 80 when they collided with a vehicle. The impact of the collision left the rider with serious injuries.
First responders to the collision closed down the area surrounding the crash to perform preliminary and cleanup duties.
As a result of the crash, officials reported that the motorcyclist involved died due to injuries sustained in the accident. Authorities have not yet identified the rider.
At this time, police are still investigating the fatal crash on Interstate 80.
