Former Eminem Stunt Double Dead after Truck Collision near 14th Street

Kennewick, WA (February 15, 2023)- Early Tuesday morning, a pedestrian crash on Olympia Street claimed the life of Ryan Shepard.

The incident happened on January 31st, at around 2:45 a.m., near the Riverview Heights Cemetery.

According to reports, Shepard was walking in the area when he attempted to cross the street at Olympia Street. There, a passing truck struck him, leaving him with serious injuries. The driver of the involved vehicle pulled over, stayed at the scene, and waited for first responders. 

Emergency crews arrived at the site of the accident shortly after. Medics then transported Shepard to a local hospital for treatment. However, despite life-saving attempts, officials pronounced 40-year-old Ryan Shepard dead, due to the extent of his condition. 

Reports on the event noted that the intersection of Olympia Street and 14th Avenue does not have a marked crosswalk.

At this time, no further information regarding the collision has been released to the public.
