Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Pedestrian Accident near Little Orchard Street
SAN JOSE, CA (December 13, 2022) – Wednesday evening, one woman was killed in a pedestrian crash on Perrymont Avenue.
The deadly accident happened around 7:32 p.m., at the intersection near Little Orchard Street.
At this time, the circumstances leading up to the collision remain unclear.
However, reports indicate that the pedestrian sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by medical personnel. Although, police have not yet released her name or place of residency.
Meanwhile, the involved driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators. The San Jose Police Department closed a large portion of the roadway to allow for the cleanup and preliminary duties.
