3 Killed, 2 Hurt in Fiery Rear-End Collision near Thomas Road

PHOENIX, AZ (December 13, 2022) – Late Saturday night, three victims sustained fatal injuries in a fiery car accident on 59th Avenue.

The deadly collision occurred around 10:15 p.m., near Thomas Road on December 3rd.

According to Phoenix Police, an unidentified man rear-ended a pick-up truck for reasons still unknown. As a result, the pickup-truck went up into flames upon impact, killing three occupants inside the vehicle.

In addition, the driver and the passenger of the other vehicle sustained unspecified injuries. Although, officials have not released the identity of all parties involved. However, an active investigation is still underway.
