Female Pedestrian Hospitalized after Collision near Norcross Lane
OAKLEY, CA (December 9, 2022) – Tuesday night, a woman sustained injuries in a pedestrian hit-and-run on Main Street.
Dispatchers responded to the scene around 7:10 p.m., near Norcross Lane on November 29th.
According to reports, the driver of an eastbound silver Honda Pilot SUV struck a female pedestrian on Norcross Lane. Upon impact, the driver fled the scene without contacting police.
Paramedics transported the injured woman to a nearby hospital for further treatment of head and arm injuries. Although, authorities have not yet released her identity.
On Wednesday, police located the driver of the vehicle. As a result, she was arrested and taken into custody. Once available, further details will be provided about the pedestrian hit-and-run on Main Street.
