BAKERSFIELD, CA (November 30, 2022) – Late Thursday morning, one bicyclist was hospitalized after a hit-and-run on Panama Lane. 

The incident happened around 10:30 a.m., on the Panama Lane on-ramp to the southbound Highway 99.
