Male Pedestrian Fatally Struck in Deadly Collision near Indigo Avenue
SILVER SPRINGS, NV (November 11, 2022) – Thursday evening, a man was killed in a pedestrian crash on US 95 Alternate.
The incident occurred around 7:00 p.m., near Indigo Avenue.
According to reports, a male pedestrian was walking on the roadway when he was struck by an oncoming vehicle. Police said the pedestrian was not in a marked crosswalk at the time.
Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced the male pedestrian dead.
Following preliminary duties, authorities ruled out alcohol or illegal substances as a potential factor. However, an active investigation is currently underway.
