29-Year-Old Man Fatally Struck in Two-Vehicle Crash near 4th Avenue
PASCO, WA (November 9, 2022) – Monday evening, Samuel Diaz Soto was killed in a head-on accident on Stearman Avenue.
Dispatchers responded to the scene around 5:15 p.m., on 4th Avenue near the Starlight Motel on October 31st.
According to reports, a pickup-truck and a car collided head-on in the area. However, further events leading up to the incident remain unclear.
Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced 29-year-old Soto, of Pasco dead at the scene. Meanwhile, paramedics transported another occupant to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
