One Killed in Two-Vehicle Crash on Broadway Street [Eureka, CA]
Two-Car Collision in Front of Applebee’s in Eureka Resulted in Fatality
EUREKA, CA (November 7, 2022) – Thursday afternoon, a person died in a two-vehicle crash on Broadway Street.
The traffic collision happened, on November 3rd, at around 1:00 p.m. near an Applebee’s restaurant.
Surveillance video of the crash revealed a gray sedan was going southbound when it veered into the northbound lanes and collided with a white pickup truck.
Responding emergency personnel arrived shortly after and pulled a body from the sedan.
Following the collision, authorities closed all lanes going northbound at West Harris Street and backed up cars in the southbound lanes for several blocks.
Eureka Officials continue to investigate the Broadway Street crash.
