40-Year-Old Man Killed, Three Others Injured in Vehicle Collision near Mason Avenue
CHATSWORTH, CA (November 7, 2022) – Martin Antunez Rendon lost his life Friday morning in a car collision on Sesnon Boulevard.
The crash took place around 8:15 a.m. near Sesnon Boulevard and Mason Avenue, per responding officials.
Authorities responded to the report of a vehicle collision in the area, although the events leading up to the crash are currently unknown.
At the scene, first responders pronounced one person dead. Police eventually identified the deceased person as 40-year-old Antunez Rendon.
Medics also took one other person to the hospital in critical condition, while two others suffered minor injuries.
Furthermore, both directions of the roadway were temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the fatal crash, but they are continuing to investigate and ask that any witnesses contact them as soon as possible.
