Juniper Avenue Pedestrian Accident Resulted in Two Fatalities

ATWATER, CA (November 4, 2022) – Wednesday morning, a pedestrian crash on Augusta Lane claimed the lives of two people. 

The fatality happened around 9:30 a.m. near Juniper Avenue in the city of Atwater. 

According to reports, the two pedestrians were walking near the intersection of Juniper Avenue and Augusta Lane when a minivan struck them before crashing into a light pole.

Emergency crews arrived shortly after and declared both the pedestrians dead at the scene. At this time, their identities have not been released.

Meanwhile, the driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
