Woman Killed in Bicycle Crash on Roseville Road [North Highlands, CA]
Cyclist Fatally Struck by Car near Longview Drive
NORTH HIGHLANDS, CA (November 2, 2022) – Sunday afternoon, a bicycle crash on Roseville Road claimed the life of a woman.
It happened just before 12:30 p.m., near Longview Drive on October 30th. Investigators say the driver of a vehicle struck a female cyclist in the area.
Medical personnel arrived and pronounced the woman dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released her identity.
Following the collision, officials closed down both lanes of the intersection to perform cleanup and preliminary duties. Meanwhile, the Sacramento Police Department took over the investigation.
At this time, the events leading up to the fatal collision are still unknown. However, further information will be updated once it is made available to the public.
