Solo-Vehicle Collision near Alydar Corte Resulted in One Fatality

FAIRBANKS RANCH, CA (November 1, 2022) – Early Thursday, a driver was killed in a single-car accident on Rancho Diegueno Road.

The fatal incident happened around 1:30 a.m., north of Alydar Corte in Fairbanks Ranch, per initial reports.

According to the CHP, a driver lost control of a BMW M550 and veered off the roadway. Subsequently, the sedan struck two trees, seriously injuring the driver, who was later pronounced dead at the scene.

Responding medical personnel transported a 43-year-old passenger from Arizona to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. 

At this time, the identities of those involved in the crash remain undisclosed to the public.
