2 Arrested after Police Pursuit on Interstate 5
REDDING, CA (October 14, 2022) – Tuesday night, Kenneth Justice and Clinton Western were arrested after a police pursuit on Highway 299.
The incident happened just before 9:30 p.m., on October 11th. Per reports, Justice was driving a vehicle and led police on a pursuit down Highway 299.
The chase eventually came to an end when Justice crashed the vehicle into a guard rail near the I-5 intersection.
Medics arrived and transported Justice via ambulance to a nearby hospital before officers booked him into jail. In addition, police also took 31-year-old Western into custody.
At this time, an active investigation to determine further details is still currently underway.
