Carlos Cepeda Injured in Pedestrian Crash near Main Street
LAS VEGAS, NV (September 21, 2022) – Early Friday morning, Carlos Cepeda was hospitalized following a hit-and-run pedestrian collision.
The incident happened on September 16th, at about 1:53 a.m., near the intersection of Washington Avenue and Main Street.
According to reports, Cepeda was crossing the street in the cross walk when he was struck by a vehicle that failed to stop at a red light. The impact of the collision left the victim with serious injuries. Meanwhile, the driver of the involved vehicle fled the scene without rendering aid to Cepeda.
Emergency crews arrived at the scene shortly after and transported 40-year-old Carlos Cepeda to University Medical Center’s trauma unit for treatment.
