27-Year-Old Man Dead after Pedestrian Collision near 105 Freeway
WILLOWBROOK, CA (September 8, 2022) – Early Tuesday morning, Arturo Rivera was fatally struck in a pedestrian accident on Imperial Highway.
The crash took place on August 23rd, at around 1:56 a.m., near the 105 Freeway and Compton Avenue.
According to reports, Rivera was walking in the area when he was fatally struck by an unidentified driver at the intersection. Upon impact, the driver did not stop to render aid to the victim, and instead fled the scene.
Paramedics arrived shortly after and found Rivera down on the ground. Despite life-saving attempts, medics pronounced Rivera dead at the scene.
