57-Year-Old Man Dead after Pickup-Truck Crashes into Antelope Home

ANTELOPE, CA (September 2, 2022) – Wednesday morning, Kenneth Arthur Beaty was fatally struck after a car crashed into his home on Zachis Way.

The incident happened around 9:45 a.m., near Hidden Meadow and Palmerson Drive.

According to reports, the driver of pickup-truck lost control of the braking system while a man was working on his SUV in front of his home about 100 yards down the street.

The pickup-truck abruptly sped down the road in reverse before slamming into the residency. The man standing outside the SUV and a passenger sitting in the front seat were both injured.

Medics later pronounced 57-year-old Beaty dead at the scene. Meanwhile, paramedics transported the person sitting in the passenger seat to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
