Traffic Crash near Mariposa Reina Injured at Least One
GAVIOTA COAST, CA (August 25, 2022) – On Monday morning, a semi-truck collision on Highway 101 left at least one driver injured.
According to firefighters, the accident happened around 11:00 a.m., along northbound Highway 101 near Mariposa Reina.
Eventually, paramedics arrived and transported one of the truck drivers to Goleta Valley Cottage Hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
The condition of the second driver is currently unknown.
Furthermore, California Highway Patrol reported heavy fog was surrounding the area at the time of the collision.
