Two Dead after Wrong-Way Accident near Rancho Vista Boulevard
PALMDALE, CA (August 8, 2022) – Early Sunday morning, Christopher Pool and Ararat Nazarian was killed in a head-on crash.
The incident happened around 3:40 a.m., near the intersection of Rancho Vista Boulevard and Cricket Lane.
According to reports, the driver of a pickup-truck veered into oncoming traffic and struck another pickup truck head-on. The two pickup-trucks involved were a dark-colored Dodge Ram 1500 and a white Chevrolet Silverado.
Paramedics arrived and pronounced 24-year-old Pool and 45-year-old Nazarian, both of Palmdale dead at the scene.
At this time, it is unclear which vehicle was traveling the wrong-way. No further details regarding the collision have been released to the public; however, more information will be provided once made available.
