Traffic Collision near Valley Way Left One 56-Year-Old Man Dead
JURUPA VALLEY, CA (August 3, 2022) – On Sunday, a multi-vehicle crash on Highway 60 claimed the life of Santos Alvarez.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision happened around 4:20 a.m. on Highway 60 near Valley Way.
Furthermore, the investigators said the incident involved at least four vehicles. However, the circumstances surrounding the crash remain unclear.
Unfortunately, responding officials declared 56-year-old Alvarez of Moreno Valley dead at the scene.
A large portion of the highway was temporarily shutdown to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties, but has since been reopened to traffic.
Jurupa Valley Officials continue to investigate the multi-vehicle crash at this time.
